A Private property on a quiet street, on the second floor of the owner’s vacation house with separate entrance. It has its own living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms with private toilets, an office room with a private bathroom, a sunrise balcony, a sunset balcony, a roof deck with a spectacular ocean and garden views.
A retired physician who loves to garden, sing and dance , meet people, and enjoy the finer things in life.
The neighbourhood is very close to the town proper, a walking distance to the historical St. Augustine Church and Panglao Public Market. The vacation home is on quiet street and is a ten minute drive to Panglao International Airport and just a few minutes drive to fine restaurants and resorts like Modala, Bellevue, Henann, Grand Be and the famous Alona Beach.
