Recently refurbished to a high standard. Large double bedroom with comfy bed, wardrobe and desk. Bathroom with hot shower. Furnished kitchen with gas hobsn, oven, large fridge, and traditional open fire cooking space. Outside private space with bamboo fence and table/chairs amidst coconut palms. The property is served by a quality asphalt road right up to the gate.
Ivan and Kat enjoy welcoming guests from all over the world and showing them the delights of Siquijor island.
Minalulan is a safe, authentic and friendly neighbourhood with a lovely white sandy beach only 1km from the apartment.
