2 bedroom house built in 2018 at the ocean with AirCons in the bedrooms and the living/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms. 15 minutes to Tagbilaran and 15-20 minutes to the famous Alona beach. Ideal to relax a few days and go on Bohol Chocolate Hills tour and enjoy diving. Kitchen utensils and stove (incl. gas) is provided. Two 100 Mbps fibre internet connections to ensure high availability of internet. But interruptions can occur. You can share the gazebo at the cliff side of our property to enjoy a nice sun down or have some barbecue. It is important to note, that transportation is required, as we are located at the less busy part of Panglao. Best is to rent scooter/motorbike or car - we can assist. No restaurants or stores within walking distance.
Owner's family lives on site. Languages spoken are English, German, Visaya and Tagalog. We can help you with any tours.
The apartment is centrally located on Panglao island, at the north coast. You can reach any destination within 20 minutes by car or motorbike. Panglao island is connected by two bridges to Bohol Island, where you can do shopping in Tagbilaran City (15 minutes) or start your Bohol Chocolate Tour and other adventures.
