EXPERIENCE a vacation as you enjoy the country club amenities like the clubhouse, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, and basketball court. Most units are already sold but most are use for rent. The security in the building are strict for the SAFETY of the tenants and guests but very hospitable and polite, staff are very accommodating and very nice people.
My family loved to travel, we also volunteer on our local community and church thus we learn the value of love and fulfillment of being part of the community. We take care of our guest like the way we treat or take care our own family.
Our guests love the location because of the proximity to theme parks (SKY RANCH), malls, theaters, museums, restaurants, public transportation and most of all the Taal lake view.
