Company info

All guests must present a valid ID upon check in. No guest can be added without approval of the owner. Any request should be at least day before and not on the same day so that we can prepare properly. Children and adult should appear in the booking reference. No smoking but you can smoke outside the building or ask the reception. Any decorations that can damage the walls and ceilings are not allowed. Rearranging or moving the furniture and decors in the room are not allowed also. Guest must adhere to the building/condominium rules and regulations. Any report incurred will result to additional fees. Violation of any house rules is subjected to penalty charges. Security deposit will be returned if no penalty or damage during the stay. We will open the room for cleaning purposes in case the guest refuses to check out on the agreed time. Late check in and check out will have additional charge if without approval from the owner. Please pay in the ADMIN before using the amenities. They are open from 9am to 5pm only. Lunch break usually at 12pm and resumes at 1pm. We have towels, shampoo and body wash are provided.

Our unit is overlooking TAAL VOLCANO. It's near to Sky Ranch and other establishments that you might need. The weather is absolutely better than in the city. The unit is very simple because for us minimalist style is more relaxing . It can help you focus on your purpose why you went away from the city for vacation. The sunrise is so mesmerizing you should not miss it. We wanted to share the wonderful experience of being away from the city. We hope you'll enjoy your stay.

Neighborhood info

At the building ground level there are various establishments such as Pizza Hut, ACE hardware, 7/11, BDO (office/ATM). Robinson's Mall is also roughly 10-15 minutes walk and Primarkand Tagaytay is 5 minutes away. Wind Residences is very close to popular restaurants around Tagaytay City. We advice to please plan your itinerary ahead.
