Our property features two comfortable bedrooms equipped with one queen-size bed and one double-size bed, perfect for families, couples, or small groups. Guests are welcome to cook their own meals, as the kitchen is fully equipped with essential kitchen utensils and cookware for your convenience. We provide a personal hygiene kit, including: Shampoo Soap Toothpaste and toothbrush Complete toiletries To make your stay even more comfortable, we also provide 20 liters of mineral water. For guests who smoke, you may do so in the balcony area only, allowing everyone to enjoy a fresh and clean indoor space. We look forward to hosting you and making your stay comfortable and relaxing.

This property is located inside a secure and well-maintained subdivision, just a short walk from the guard house, offering added safety and peace of mind throughout your stay. The beach is only approximately 10 minutes away by car, making it easy to enjoy a refreshing seaside escape whenever you like. The location is highly convenient, 7/11, Jollibee, and various restaurants nearby. Small local stores are also available just outside the house for quick and easy access to daily essentials.
