W mieszkaniu znajduje się drozkładana dwuosobowa sofa , gotowa pomieścić 2 osoby, do tego Smart TV , lodówka, mikrofalówka , pralka, płyta dwupalnikowa. Wszystko niezbędne , aby Twój pobyt był komfortowy.
Znakomita lokalizacja w Trójmieście. Do przystanka SKM i ZKM 5 minut - szybki dojazd do głównych atrakcji , Sopotu, Gdańska. Do dworca głównego 15 minut piechotą. Do centrum Gdyni i plaży 2,5 km - 30 minut spacerem lub 10 minut samochodem. W pobliżu las, idealny na piesze wycieczki. W budynku sklep . Cicha i spokojna okolica. Idealne dla grupy przyjaciół, rodziny i osób służbowo. Na miejscu dostępny parking publiczny z ograniczoną liczbą miejsc , bezpłatny. Można również parkować wzdłuż ulicy nie ponosząc żadnych kosztów.
