Apartament położony jest w spokojnej częsci Elbląga , co zapewnia wygodny dostęp do centrum miasta , jak i terenów rekreacyjnych . W najbliższej okolicy znajdują się sklepy, restauracje oraz punkty usługowe , dzięki czemu goście mogą wygodnie zrobić zakupy lub zjeść posiłek bez koniecznosci dojazdów.
Z dbałością podchodzę do wynajmu mojego mieszkania . Zależy mi , aby goście czuli się komfortowo i swobodnie- jak u siebie w domu .
Brama Targowa w Elblągu - ok.3,1 km- symbol miasta z punktem widokowym. Stare Miasto w Elblągu- ok. 3 km.- klimatyczna starówka z restauracjami i zabytkami Kanał Elbląski- ok,3,5 km. - unikatowa na świecie atrakcja z systemem pochylni dla statków Bażantarnia - ok 3 km. - piękny park leśny z trasami spacerowymi i widokowymi.
