A completely restored tenement house from 1902. Located in the quietest part of Lądek-Zdrój (spa zone A), on the slope of the Dzielec mountain. An intimate place for people looking for peace and contact with the forest. It is about 100m from the tenement house to the trail entrance. To the center of Lądek (spa and restaurant part) 400 m.
I provide an apartment for rent that ensures the highest level of peace and harmony. Created for people looking for peace and intimacy. It has a lot of references to nature and nature. There are no shops, restaurants or service outlets in this part of Lądek Zdrój - this part of Lądek is defined as "spa part A". The nearest public facilities are only 400m away. The apartment has a hybrid wooden floor, double-chamber wooden windows, electric heating and a ceiling over 3 meters. A large continental bed with two mattresses and an espresso machine with delicious coffee. For the safety of guests and belongings left in the apartment - full monitoring of the common parts of the building and the area around. The tenement house has been thoroughly restored - modernized with such additions as an elevator, glass floors, marble and a modern heating system. Situated on the slope of the Dzielec mountain, the trails of which can be accessed directly from the house. The area is a paradise for cyclists, runners, ski tourers and mountain hikers looking for a slightly quieter place than crowded mountain resorts.
In winter close to the Czarna Góra ski base. The Śnieżnik massif is an ideal place for ski touring and cross-country skiing. In the off-snow season, Singletrack Glacensis awaits with kilometers of bicycle routes in the wildest corners of the mountains of the Basin. Countless hiking trails, caves, mines, a lagoon, a rope park, a suspension bridge and many other attractions.
