had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Wrocław. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very comfortable. One detail I particularly appreciated was the water carafe provided in the room and the water stations available in the hotel. It’s such a simple but thoughtful and environmentally friendly idea. My room was spotless, and everything felt new and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, the pillows were great, and the bathroom was beautiful, with both the shower and bathtub in excellent condition. The breakfast was exceptional. The quality and variety were outstanding. At the same time, I’m actually glad I didn’t book breakfast for my entire week-long stay. Wrocław has so many amazing cafés and breakfast spots that I wanted to try something different every day. However, I would definitely recommend having breakfast at the hotel at least once—it is absolutely worth it.

A great place for a family vacation. Our kidsand us had a blast. We loved the kids program. Everyone we met was very polite. From the receptionist lady, the lady making balloons and braids for girls and other kids entertainment was awesome, people in the restaurant. Our room was clean when we arrived. It's great that there is a possibility to cook something Pool area was great. Water was very comfortable temperature. The inside slide was our favorite. Food in the la carte restaurant was tasty. Cocktails too. We basically had a great time we will definitely come back. I think hotel was renovated since the last time we visited. It smelled fresh and nice. Highly recommend. This is our favorite place in the area.

Customer service is brilliant. The girl at the reception answered all of the questions before arrival and on the day of arrival. They made sure that there would be a double bed in the room. I did book a room for my parents. They were happy and satisfied with the facilities, room, bed, and breakfast. Swiming pool is free for guests, but it was too late to enjoy it. My parents were traveling by car, and they arrived at the hotel very late, just because their GPS brought them to a different location and it was dark (they did not use mobile apps to find the location) so for their inconvenience it took them about an hour or two to drive around to find the hotel.

The resort is very well equipped for family vacations and especially in colder and rainy weather the pools and saunas are just perfect. To the point it was difficult to convince our kids to go explore the surroundings. Animation programs for kids were wonderful thanks to Kasha and Zuza and many playgrounds and play rooms that can be found throughout the resort. The breakfasts and dinners were good, local with amazing diversity and we had a lot of fun exploring different dishes.

Arrivals- passport control is almost "BIG BROTHER" 1984...

Arrivals- passport control is almost "BIG BROTHER" 1984 style.....There's plenty to see in this beautiful city. Taxi's by Uber and Bolt were super efficient and handy. There's a fantastic network of trams if you can figure it out. The market square is a lively spot especially at night. The aqua park - great fun, but the water was way too WARM !! ( it was about 32 degrees outside that day ) One wonderful restaurant we found was called "Petite by Herman"- gorgeous food here, perfect breakfast fare . 'The Botanical Gardens is worth a look. In the city we didnt see any litter, there was absolutely no smell of weed or even urine. Beggars - we didn't see any. A clean city in the centre - maybe diffent further out - but somehow I suspect not...... Leaving the country - Wroclaw airport (Wizz Air ) had a VERY long Q. Two hours won't cover it, you need three hours to be safe ! ( unless perhaps - somehow you have A PRIORITY BOOKING )

My recommendations for food in Karpacz:

My recommendations for food in Karpacz: At the Schrupani restaurant (run by the same people as Oro Cavallo where we stayed, which means they offer a discount to hotel guests), we enjoyed chicken broth and pork cutlets. In addition, I can confidently recommend the following places in Karpacz for dinner: 1. The ‘Karpacka’ restaurant in the Karpacki Spa (3 Karkonoska Street, Karpacz) serves an excellent venison (deer) goulash with Silesian dumplings and fried cabbage. We tried this dish and it was absolutely delicious. We also recommend the deer rump steak, which we haven’t tried ourselves yet, but given how perfectly the venison is prepared for the stew, we wouldn’t expect anything less than perfection from the steak. 2. The ‘U Petiego’ restaurant (10 Parkowa Street, Karpacz) serves an excellent, aromatic chicken and beef broth, as well as delicious pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon, served with a green pepper sauce. Everything was fresh and tasty. Truly excellent. 3. Bistro Pod Papryką (10 Mickiewicza Street, Karpacz) – of the three mentioned this is the restaurant closest to the Oro Cavallo Hotel: I recommend the veal goulash with potatoes or Silesian dumplings and red cabbage. The meat in the veal goulash was tender and flavourful, and the whole dish struck a perfect balance between exquisite flavour and high quality. The daily menu also features a wide selection of soups and desserts.

Just a city for old people (which happens to be mostly Germans) which happens to have nice mountains next to it. You can ski there but there is not really lots of roads (?). BUT you can hike there and there is number of nice (pretty easy) trails ready for an easy weekend trip in the mountains.

Everything was more expensive than I expected.

Everything was more expensive than I expected. Nature around (stolowe gory) is awesome but I felt being juiced of my money and not receiving proper value back, especially in restaurants. Aquapark was old and gross. Some restaurants closed on sundays. The park is nice. We probably will not come back.

If you want to explore the best of the lower silesian's hill side, stay in Jelenia Gora - Explore the stretch of Korkonoszce Mountains by visiting/staying in Walbryzch, Karpacsz and Slaska Poreba. A town of surprising beauty. Did not see that coming. A great spring day helps too. Be sure to walk from the toboggan to the Park - both along the promenade... and also up over the hill via the stairs. A tknne of civic pride is evident here.

Stronie Śląskie is a small town in the valley of massive Śnieżnik. The town itself is not so interesting to me. There are necessary shops in the town. You can find interesting restaurants in the surrounding area. I can for example recommend Raj Pstrąga.

Our time in the Wałbrzych area was highlighted by Książ Castle, which was one of the most impressive attractions of our trip. The castle grounds, terraces, walking trails, Palm House, and the fascinating Riese underground tunnels provided several enjoyable days of exploration. We also enjoyed dining at the castle's on-site restaurants, which added to the overall experience. The area offered a unique mix of history, scenery, good food, and outdoor activities that made it one of the most memorable stops of our visit to Poland.

Excellent town and spa to spend some time in.

Excellent town and spa to spend some time in. Friendly people, variety of accomodations in all brackets of price and quality, charming atmosphere. One complaint - smog over lower lying parts of Zdroj (spa) part of town, seems to be ever present. Visited Ladek yearly for last three years and this is what seems not to change
