Very cool ; sort of nostalgia of the communist era .

I loved the place . Very good location ( short way to Karpacz ) , absolutely very nice and accommodating staff. Nice and clean room . I'm staying in this hotel every time I am in Jelenia Gora . Thank you all for making my stay pleasurable. 🌹

We loved the corner room with windows and the beautiful blonde wood furniture and the little sitting area. And the delicious breakfast!!! And the location across from the train station!!!

The Hotel Bella is a really nice hotel. It has all the amenities that a couple of tourists are looking for while out experiencing the world. It was also nicely situated as it was close to the center of town. To get there, one only needed to walk through a lovely park. It was also close to the local wellness center. The breakfast was good and with a large selection. We did not walk away hungry. The other parts of the hotel were well decorated and inviting. We could see that the owners had tried to make the hotel in a certain accommodating image. The room was not extremely large. However, it was really comfortable. The on-site parking was well maintained. It was really quiet as well.

Truly, we enjoyed everything at Palac Pakoszow. The service, food, grounds, and hotel were all amazing. When we checked in, the staff gave us options of different rooms and let us see them before selecting one. At the restaurant, the cook and serving staff went above and beyond in helping us pick new and delicious meals. We enjoyed and appreciated the care that everyone at the Palac had for making sure we enjoyed our visit. We will certainly come back!

The highlights were the spa and the evening meals.

Quiet, quaint, cozy, accommodating. Nice breakfast and they made my husband a breakfast to go bag because he had to leave before the breakfast time. It was really kind. Also, they were super sweet about letting us bring our dog. Beautiful views and close to hiking trails.

An ideal stay to relax. The resort offers good facilities and the rooms were really nice.The breakfast was nice. The staff were friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly! Interior was super cute. Everything clean and tidy. There is a Thai restaurant in the hotel which was a very nice surprise. It’s close to everything and the parking is beside the hotel. During the weekend the on street parking is free.
