R E G U L A T I O N S 1. Guests are obliged to keep the apartment in cleanliness and order. Throwing garbage, bottles out the window is strictly forbidden and is subject to punishment by the Estate Administration. 2. The hotel day starts at 16:00 and ends at 10:30 the next day. 3. The facility reserves the right to change the reservation of the apartment to another of a similar or higher standard. 4. Smoking and the use of lightning candles are strictly prohibited on the premises and in the staircase. Throwing tobacco ash out the window is prohibited. 5. Guests will be charged for any kind of damage or loss of the apartment equipment. 6. Only persons declared during the booking can stay in the apartment Accepting guests not declared ONLY with the prior consent of the apartment manager. Organizing all kinds of social gatherings that may be burdensome for other residents of the block is strictly prohibited. 7. The Apartment Manager is not responsible for things left in the facility. 8. Guests are required to observe the silence of the night, which starts at 10:00 P.M. and ends at 6:00 A.M. in the morning the next day. Please do not turn on the music loudly and do not vacuum after 10:00 P.M. Please respect the silence of the night. 9. In the event of non-compliance with these regulations, which will result in the intervention of neighbors, municipal guards or police – it will be ordered to immediately leave the facility by guests without the possibility of refunding the fees incurred in connection with the earlier reservation.
