Zastosowanie udogodnień takich jak: zamki szyfrowe, pozwoli naszym gościom na łatwy dostęp do swoich apartamentów bez konieczności noszenia kluczy i kart dostępu. Sejf zagwarantuje dodatkowe bezpieczeństwo najcenniejszych rzeczy. Solidne ściany budynku zapewnią komfort i ciszę wewnątrz, oraz niższą temperaturę w upalne dni. W apartamentach na poddaszu zainstalowana jest klimatyzacja. W ogrodzie znajduje się duża altana, w której można odpocząć z całą rodziną na świeżym powietrzu. Nasz obiekt znajduje się w odległości 200m od głównego przystanku autobusowego, postoju taxi oraz Rynku miasta.
