New, elegant apartment of 50 square meters with terrace, near the city center of Lubin, not far from the S3 road and close to the train station. The accommodation consists of a dressing room, equipped with a washing machine, an iron and a toilet at the entrance. Then a bright living room with an equipped kitchen ( oven, dishwasher..) a living area with a sofa bed and a TV. Upstairs, an open mezzanine, serving as a bedroom with its bathroom.
