Baltika is an object located about 1km from the Baltic Sea. It is located on the 7th floor (last) of a building completed in May 2023. In addition to the balcony belonging to the apartment, guests can also use the terrace located on the roof of the building. A crib and a highchair for a baby are available on guest request.
