Behind Calma is Michał - someone who loves a long dinner, an early tennis match, a morning in the forest. He built this place for the same reason he hosts: because good spaces make good things happen between people.

Property info

Calma is a collection of ten lofts in Zator, created for those who value space and quiet. Raw brick, warm wood, high ceilings, and rooms that simply feel good to be in. Each loft is different in size and layout, accommodating between 2 and 11 guests. Some lofts have their own balcony or terrace -somewhere to drink coffee before the day asks anything of you. And when more room is needed, there is a shared green area with a fire pit, grill, sun loungers, and a playground. It's a place where evenings slow down and conversations come naturally. Fully equipped kitchens, free parking, and enough quiet between you and your regular life.

Neighborhood info

The area offers what Michał would choose anyway - forest and lake within walking distance, a free tennis court, trails for cycling and hiking, a local shop. The kind of place where you step outside and already feel better.
