Apartament ma 40m2 i składa się z salonu z TV, sypialni z łóżkiem 160/200cm, łazienki z dużą kabiną prysznicową, kuchni z jadalnią oraz loggii. Apartament posiada również bardzo dużą zabudowaną szafę, pralkę, suszarkę i żelazko.
