Obiekt jest ogrodzony z dostepem do jeziora , z przeznaczeniem , tylko dla gosci na ktorym znajduje sie sprzet plywajacy jak: rower wodny, dwie lodki do lowienia ryb, dwie deski do plywania , pontoniki dla dzieci i doroslych oraz lezaki ,stoliczki , gril i stol do grylowania oraz miejsce na ognisko. caly sprzet plywajacy i inne jak hustawka i rowery wszysko co znajduje sie na ogrodzie wszystko w cenie rezerwacji . nie pobieramy dodatkowych oplat. W dwoch budynkach : drewniany i murowany znajduja sie trzy mieszkania....dwa trzy-osobowe ....jeden dwuosobowy.
