Therefore, each of our apartments is serviced by a Resident who personally looks after both the property and guests during their stay. Our apartments are equipped with your needs in mind, ensuring everyone feels at home, allowing you to relax in the lounge area or prepare a home-cooked meal. Orderliness, cleanliness, and ergonomics characterize our apartments, and assigned parking spaces allow you to relax without worrying during your stay. Important! If you require an invoice, please inform us in advance when making your reservation. Due to legal regulations in effect from January 1, 2020, it is not possible to issue an invoice for a receipt that does not include the buyer's Tax Identification Number. We have one parking space available per apartment. The remaining amount for the stay must be paid on site BY CARD ONLY.
