Etiuda Zakopane is a unique, exclusive building, made of wooden rectangular beams, in a modern Zakopane style, consists of six independent, 3-level apartments. Each apartment is a luxuriously finished terraced house with a separate entrance, 110 m2, consisting of a living room with a fireplace and a terrace, a kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with balconies and 3 bathrooms. ​This objects has its own free parking for guests. The building is fenced and monitored 24 hours a day by Solid Security.

This building is located in the heart of Zakopane, 150m from the central part of Krupówki and placed in the second line of buildings, which means that despite the location in the very center of Zakopane, guests can relax from the city noise, and the surrounding low, residential buildings allow you to enjoy the beautiful view of Giewont.
