Grand House 47 is a private villa located in a beautiful countryside setting. The nature surrounding the villa proves that it is the perfect place to relax and take that well deserved break, away from everyday life. The villa is completely private, no one will bother you on your stay and you will feel like you are in your own home. We tailor for your needs, take it easy! We are located in Boguszyn, a small village 17km away from the nearest town which is called Leszno. We sit inbetween two major cities, Poznan and Wroclaw. Near our villa there are beautiful woodland areas and a picturesque lake in nearby Boszkowo, called Jezioro Dominickie. Whether you want to come to Grand House with your friends, family or even an integrational work trip, we will do everything we can to ensure it is an extra special day and to provide you with some unforgettable memories.
The owners of Grand House 47 are Andzelika and Bartosz Bela, who 20 years ago moved to the United Kingdom and daily work and live there. For their love of Poland they bought an old ruined house in Boguszyn, which after complex refurbishment proved to be an architectural masterpiece. The home is over 400 years old and it used to be a restaurant with a farrier by an old country road. It took 12 years to renovate the old house and during the renovation they thought about building a guest house on the same land. It was supposed to be small, but then the idea of Grand House 47 was born.
Our main attractions is the full privacy here at Grand House 47, no curfew or quiet hours and no staff getting in your way, this gives you the utmost privacy for you to enjoy your special stay. Guests at Grand House 47 have 24h access to your own private heated indoor pool, the pool also has a counter current jet which allows you to swim long distances if you’re into your swimming. In the same room where the pool is, guests also have unlimited access to the Finnish sauna. The wooden outdoor hot tub (extra pay) also has heated water and can be used all year round, this is an ideal relaxing spot, sitting outside and looking at the stars above. There is an outdoor terrace near the pool area, where there is also a BBQ which can be used by guests.
