Our facility is located in a quiet, picturesque area, away from the hustle and bustle, yet close to nature, with easy access to many attractions (e.g., bike paths, thermal pools, ski lifts, and the Kotelnica Białczańska viewpoint). It's a great base for exploring both the Tatras and Pieniny Mountains. Above the facility is a forest where you can go for a walk, picnic, admire the beautiful panorama of the Tatras and Pieniny Mountains, and walk to the Kotelnica Białczańska Upper Station (a 1.5-kilometer walk). We prefer intimate spaces, so the facility features only two apartments, each with its own kitchenette and private bathroom. In summer, you can relax in the garden, play badminton, have a bonfire, or grill. In winter, enjoy sledding or take advantage of the nearby snowmobile rentals. We also have an outdoor jacuzzi available for an additional fee. To use the jacuzzi, please request it no later than 10:00 a.m. the day before, as it takes a long time to heat up and is prepared only upon guest request. Please specify the time you wish to book. A two-hour reservation costs PLN 100 (extensions are possible, of course). If both apartments are booked together, the jacuzzi is exclusive use for a PLN 150 fee, and can be used from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. We also have discounts on thermal pools for our clients.

Although the facility is located in a quiet area, it has close access to many attractions: in winter you can ski on the slopes of about 10 km "Bania", "Kotelnica Białczańska" (approx. 8 min), "Rusin-ski" (approx. 8 min), or bask bathing in hot water with a view of the Tatra Mountains and powdery snow: Termy Bokovina, Termy w Białka Tatrzańska, Termy "Gorjacy Potok". And for those who prefer tobogganing, they can go downhill next to the facility. In summer, you can also splash in the thermal pools, ride a bike along the picturesque path around the Tatra Mountains for about 8 km, go to the Tatra Mountains, to Czorsztyńskie Lake, see the castle and the dam in Niedzica. However, in our beautiful garden you can relax. We also have a place for a bonfire. There is a forest nearby where you can go for a walk, pick raspberries, mushrooms, and if you will go further to meet the upper ski station Kotelnica (about 20 minutes walk).
