The interior is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace and TV, a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher). Guests can enjoy a covered relaxation area, perfect for any time of day, and a private, fenced rear terrace offering peace and views of the tranquil surroundings. The cottage is heated by a fireplace with a heat distribution system reaching all rooms, ensuring a cozy stay regardless of the weather. For added comfort, the bathroom is equipped with an additional electric radiator. Surrounded by trees and overlooking a lush garden, the property includes a dedicated area for BBQs or a bonfire. We are located just 400 meters from the beach and Eko Marina, where you can rent water sports equipment, access a playground, or use the outdoor gym.
