Check-in and apartment key collection take place at the Reception at Chycow Potok 26, floor II, Zakopane, from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, keys will be collected from a locker located at the same address. In this case, please contact us in advance by phone at +48 539 105 001.
