The “U Stóp Natury” campsite is located on a praecological, off-grid homestead on the edge of the village of Kuty. I offer a place for your tent and a close-to-nature stay near the Piłackie Wzgórza Nature Reserve, many lakes, the Borecka Forest, and other unique places in the Masurian Lake District in Poland. It is a simple, peaceful place where the rhythm of the day is shaped mostly by the Sun. Around you there are wild field herbs, open space, birdsong, the sound of insects, busy bumblebees and bees, and after dusk — a sky darker than in the cities. Here you may come across elk, roe deer, foxes, badgers, hares, storks, cranes, and other wild animals, with many birds in the area. Days can be warm and sunny, while in the evening a cooler breeze often comes from the north. In good weather and under a clear sky, you can quietly look at the stars and into the history of the Universe. The homestead is located by the “Legendy Mazurskie” bicycle trail, which I warmly recommend to anyone who enjoys discovering Masuria slowly and peacefully. If you choose meals, they are prepared on site. The food is plant-based, mostly organic, seasonal when possible, and usually very low in gluten or gluten-free. I also offer herbal infusions made from herbs from our garden, such as lemon balm, nettle, mint, and others. On the homestead, old plant varieties are being reintroduced, and one of the ongoing directions is to increase the nutritional value of crops through care for the soil, biodiversity, and cultivation methods.

I enjoy creating a place where people can slow down, breathe, and feel at ease close to nature. I run a simple off-grid, eco-minded homestead in Masuria, shaped by respect for the land, seasonal food, plants, quiet mornings, nearby lakes, and practical low-impact living. Sailing is also part of my world, so the local landscape of water, wind, small boats, and old lake routes is close to my heart. On site, you can try plant-based meals and herbal infusions from the garden, rest among trees, explore nearby lakes, forests, reserves, and bicycle trails, or simply do very little for a while. The “Legendy Mazurskie” bicycle route passes nearby, making it a good stop for cyclists and travellers who enjoy slow, nature-based exploration. The neighbourhood is mostly quiet, with little human presence, especially compared to busier tourist areas. It is a place for rest, walking, cycling, observing nature, and enjoying the calmer side of Masuria.
