Company info

I was born in Katowice, although I am only a first-generation Silesian. My family comes from the east, specifically from the Lviv area. I am interested in my family’s history as well as the stories told by my guests.

Property info

Although the building is over 130 years old, our flats on the third floor are brand new. All the rooms share a similar elegant décor, but we hope they also create a cosy atmosphere in which to relax. We run a family-owned business and are always happy to help our guests.

Neighborhood info

Przystanek Katowice is situated in the old part of the city on Mariacka Street, which is well known not only to locals. There are restaurants, pubs and bars, some of which are open 24 hours a day. It is close to Galeria Katowicka, the NOSPR, Spodek, the Academy of Music and the University of Silesia. Just next door, on Szafranka Street, is the Katowice History Museum, which houses permanent exhibitions of bourgeois interiors.
