Studio 2 Apartment is a place created with passion. It's a high-quality finish and attention to detail. Living room with a sofa bed, bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom. LED TVs, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Location in the city center, 2 minutes on foot to the Ełk Promenade. 15 min Railway/bus station. We provide privacy, cleanliness and comfort. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: *It is possible to issue an invoice exempt from VAT *Key collection at a previously agreed place, please contact us to arrange the time and place of key collection *Children stay free of charge only when they sleep with their parents in one bed *If there are 2 guests and everyone wants to sleep separately, please select the option 3 adults, similarly in the case of children who will sleep separately (an additional set of bedding is payable) *Contact me in advance to arrange the time and place of handing over the keys. *NO SMOKING, ANIMALS AND ORGANIZING PARTIES ARE PROHIBITED

I have been the host of three different apartments in Ełk since 2019, I try to help my guests and help as much as I can - if you have a question, do not hesitate to call me. I try to meet the needs of my guests and take personally valuable comments that allow me to improve the quality of my services.

In the neighborhood (up to 100 m): supermarket, playground for children, pharmacy, ATM, liquor stores, restaurant, milk bar, greengrocer's park, cosmetics shop. The building is located in the very center of the city. Further in the area (up to 1 km): more parks - shops, - playgrounds, -gyms, - a promenade by the Ełk River and a promenade along the Ełk Lake with bars/restaurants on it, -John Paul II Square in Ełk, - Mikołaj Kopernik Square and - a city beach, near which there is a tennis court, skate park, parkour park, outdoor gym and a lot of green space with benches
