The house's total area is 190m² on two levels, ensuring guests don't feel cramped. It features five bedrooms and a living room with a dining area and kitchen. Guests also have access to two bathrooms (one upstairs, equipped with a bathtub and shower, a toilet, and two sinks with mirrors; the other downstairs, equipped with a toilet and sink with mirrors), two balconies, three terraces, and a games room. The villa can accommodate up to 13 people. Guests have access to a charming garden, barbecue facilities, a private parking space on the property and in the garage, and a small private playground. The windows overlook fields and mountains. The area around the property is monitored. The center of Karpacz is less than 2.9 km away.
