Our houses are located among apple orchards, very close to the river (about a 300-meter walk), surrounded by other summer plots, in an exceptionally picturesque area near the Pilica River basin and the Kozienice Forest. Please note that organizing parties or events, as well as playing music outside the buildings, is strictly prohibited. This is a place for relaxation and rest. We offer two modern barns for our guests: one house with a sauna and another with a hot tub/jacuzzi. On site, you can use a charcoal grill or a fire pit with a grate. Please make sure to check which house you are booking before making a reservation. Just 6 km from Warka and about 60 km from Warsaw, you can enjoy nature and relaxation. We encourage you to take walks through nearby meadows and forests, go on bike rides, or experience kayaking trips on the river.

In the surrounding area, you will find forests, a clean river with adjacent Natura 2000 protected areas – the Lower Pilica Valley, the Kozienice Landscape Park (about a 30-minute drive away), and for military history enthusiasts – Studzianki Pancerne. We also encourage you to take advantage of the many kayaking and rafting trips offered along the Pilica River, as well as horse riding lessons available at a stable located just 15 minutes away from our property.
