This apartment on the first floor of a listed Neo-Romantic villa, built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, is unlike anything you'll find in a hotel. Every detail tells its own story: original wooden floors, Art Nouveau door handles, tall crowned doors, a covered balcony, and pre-war window glass — all untouched for over 100 years, freshly restored and ready for your visit.The three-room apartment sleeps up to 7 guests (including children). At your disposal: 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds (160×200 cm or 180×200 cm) plus a sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a large garden with a barbecue and fire pit.This is not a hotel — it's a private home where your hosts live on another floor. The atmosphere is warm and personal. The exterior facade is currently being renovated; the interior is fully restored and ready to welcome guests. Guests are kindly asked to clean the apartment before departure (vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies provided). Bed linen and towels are available — changes are self-managed.⚠️ A large Belgian Shepherd dog and a cat live in the villa. We do not accept guests' pets.🚗 Parking: Parking on the property is not possible. A convenient free public car park is located directly across the street, on the edge of the park by the ponds.📶 WiFi & Remote Work: We offer fast fibre-optic internet. Guests working remotely will find comfortable workspaces in the apartment, in the villa's common areas, and out in the garden. Perfect conditions for combining rest with work.🍕 A Tasty Bonus: An on-site home pizzeria — fully professional — offers freshly made pizza on request. We also serve coffee in the garden. A wonderful treat for a lazy morning or an evening by the fire.

We run a Foundation dedicated to protecting the culture and heritage of the region, in particular the beautiful half-timbered villas from the turn of the century, many of which are sadly falling into ruin across Lower Silesia. The money you pay for your stay goes directly towards the ongoing restoration of the villa — our next chapter is the historic facade. We are truly grateful for your support. A regular train connection means the journey from Wrocław takes just 30 minutes — often faster than crossing the city by car.
