The location is amazingly unique as the house is placed in Iława Lake District Landscape Park, on the wild lakeside of Jeziorak Lake. It's an exceptionally great choice for people who love peace, quiet, wild lonely beaches and endless fields and forests. It's a perfect place for wild landscape observers. The nearest city is roughly 40km away, closest town is around 10km away and the nearest village is more or less 3km away. Due to the fact that the region was uninhabited for a long time it attracts many animal species into the neighbourhood, which can be observed and heard both during the day and at night. The house is also a great place for fishing and water sport enthusiasts as the nearby beach is a great place to relax or leave water sports equipment which can be borrowed from a town nearby. The place does however have some difficulties with transport as during wet season the road leading to the house gets very wet and muddy, making it accessible only to terrain cars. This only happens rarely, however contact with the owner prior to reservation would be a preferable option to ensure that transport is not a problem.

Owners of the house are animal and nature enthusiasts. All kinds of four-legged friends of our guests are welcome and hopefully they too will enjoy their stay, getting to know our own cats, dogs and goats.

For people who would begin to miss civilisation after some time in our calm and peaceful neighbourhood, a one or two hour drive can take you to incredibly interesting tourist cities with various historical sites definitely worth a visit, like the Malbork Castle of the Teutonic Order. From here it's also not too far to the beautiful Masuria lakes and the Baltic Sea coast.
