As property manager, I have more than 5 years of experience in short-term rentals and specialise in the premium segment. We operate a total of 25 flats in Katowice. We are open to the individual needs of guests and building long-term relationships.2/4/5/6 person, we offer a total of 52 beds, we also have a private and monitored car park with 12 parking spaces.

Willa Dębowa is a modern and professional Apart Hotel, located right next to the Silesian Park and CH Silesia. The facility's advantage is the direct exit from the DTŚ 902 and great transport links to the MCK, NOSPR or the Market Square. We have 14 stylish flats for 2/4/5/6 person. We have accomodetions for 52 people totally. The facility is automated and has a 24-hour check-in facility.

Neighborhood info

Modern apartment hotel in great location with private parking, 5 minutes walk to Silesian Park, children's playground and zoo, to Silesia shopping centre. Up to 2 km from the Market Square, Spodek but also the Silesian Stadium, Railway and Bus Station, Fast and frequent tram access in 10 minutes in each direction, Zabka shop opposite the flat.
