The house is located on 4000m2 property with the small pond, located in Zawady Oleckie just at the edge of Puszcza Borecka. There are one primary holiday house and separate small building consisting of the additional 9m2 bedroom with the bathroom and area to make coffee or tee There is with plenty of shade provided by large trees on the property. Two Lakes within 1km, one with public access swimming area. Although we are accepting domestic animals, the property is fenced from the road and neighbours but is not fully fenced on the eastern side, at the agricultural land We do not have locked up area for our guest's pets so the guest are required to controll the animals to.protect numerous wild life visiting the property.
Puszcza Borecka provide fantastic wide life including Beavers, European Bisons, Deers and many other animals including few families of Cranes that have chosen Zawady for their nesting sites. Large waterways nearby provide opportunity for kayaking along with one of the best bike track.
