We have commenced our business in the mountains area only few years ago. We spent a nice holiday near Zakopane and discovered the beauty and uniqueness of Podhale. This made us decide to move to Zakopane and start a business in the tourism industry. We moved from the northern part of Poland to the south, and it is worth adding that I am still a seaman, probably the only one who lives in Zakopane. Now we offer you several comfortable apartments with SPA (sauna/jacuzzi) in the center of Zakopane, designed by Polish designers. In addition, every apartment is fully equipped with a kitchen, so you can prepare any meals yourself. Free parking or underground parking is available upon request. Additionally, thanks to 15 years of experience in the tourism market, we offer facility management and cleaning to potential investors in the tourism market. We would like to invite you to Zakopane!

The property is centrally located in a quiet area. Zwierzyniecka Residence Zakopane is a place where the distance between the door to your room, ski slopes and hiking trails is so short, you can experience nature, entertainment and taste regional delicacies. he property is centrally located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, which is a nice alternative to crowded streets. The surroundings of the facility and the proximity of a stream flowing by the property, promote rest and facilitate relaxation. Guests of the property will have access to free WiFi, private parking. Guest have only a few minutes walk is enough to find yourself at the Hall of the Central Sports Center (300m), Wielka Krokiew (Ski Jump) (500m) or at Kuźnickie roundabout, which is a great starting point for mountain trails, Krupówki Street (1km), Aquapark (1.5km).
