**PLEASE NOTE: THE POOL IS CURRENTLY CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS.** This oceanside 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathrooms apartment is located in Isla Verde, Carolina, 5 minutes from the airport and with direct beach access to one of the finest beaches in Puerto Rico! The building is in walking distance to a number of restaurants, bars, shops, & supermarkets. Enjoy a tranquil, white-sand turquoise beach for sun bathing, swimming, and other activities such as jet skiing and more! This is a privately-owned apartment in a condo-hotel building. The hotel amenities such as the gym & bars are all open to our guests. Please note linens, bath towels and some beach towels are provided, but there is no room service, housekeeping or towel/linen exchange during your stay. If you would like housekeeping services during your stay they can be purchased separately per cleaning. The apartment is equipped with a starter set of toiletries (paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), and additional toiletries can be purchased at the nearby stores. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE PRE-PAID, and reservations are not complete until payment is received. THERE IS A SECURITY DEPOSIT WHICH IS COLLECTED VIA CREDIT CARD AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS PLACED (NOT CASH). The security deposit will be returned within 48-72 hours after departure once the property is inspected and everything is found in order.

Isla Verde invites you to have fun and relax! As if San Juan didn’t have enough of a vacation atmosphere, this resort hotspot, close to Luis Munoz International Airport, takes leisure to new levels. Isla Verde Beach is filled with pleasure-seekers jumping into banana boats or donning scuba-diving gear for refreshing fun on and under the tropical waves. A little further from the resort, you’ll find quieter beaches where locals stoke barbecues ready to grill fresh fish and plantain. After sunset, Isla Verde has a choice of chilled-out bars, where you can lie in hammocks and watch movies. Isla Verde is perfectly located for excursions to Old San Juan, El Yunque and Fajardo to the East, or Arecibo or Ponce to the West. The strip has all of the restaurants and entertainment needed for a wonderful family vacation or business trip!
