The private balcony with ocean view Is ideal for sunrise coffee or evening wine. Includes beach chairs, coolers, towels, and your own parking spot right in front of the building. Also, there is a laundromat less than 5 minutes walking from the apartment offering drop off and self washing. Enjoy the entire apartment with own assigned parking spot.
