Condo includes a large living room/dining room combo, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and laundry nook with washer and dryer. Kitchen, fully appointed, is made for entertaining. The property is gated with 2 dedicated parking spaces. Renting a car is recommended. There is an outdoor shower by the beach gate and a children play area. El Yunque Rain Forest, horse back riding, zip lining, go carts, 4-wheelers and more are only 10 minutes away by car. You're on vacation. And this is the place to relax and enjoy yourself in beautiful Puerto Rico! Instead of a substantial security deposit we charge a Deposit Waiver Fee, which appears as part of the Taxes and Charges.
