Hey there! My name is Gautam, I am 23 years old! I am right now Studying/working and managing a beautiful Guest House called Dream Inn & La Esmeralda PR! I would love to invite all of you over to PR! I spent most of my weekends near the beach or eating out so I definitely can help anyone that would like to come down! Puerto Rico has a lot to offer!

La Esmeralda - A gem in the tropics Hello! My name is Gautam, I am student and ill be your host if you decide to stay with us at "La Esmeralda" I speak very fluent Spanish & English and my parents speak Hindi & Sindhi just incase. Our story starts in summer of 2016, when we started to remodel our little home to turn it into your vacation home. La Esmeralda is a two-floor property which was originally constructed in 1932 which at the moment hosted a single family of architects. When we acquired the house we decided to turn this and with help of our architect we were able to turn this into a very spacious and refreshing 6 apartment property. Each apartment is fully equipped with a remodeled kitchen, living room, spacious and high-ceiling rooms and a lot of usage of natural resources. All the apartments breath and feel like the tropics, with floor to ceiling big windows which brings in natural lighting and tropical breezes. All of our hot water is solar-powered and all lighting is LED bulbs. No matter where you are in the property you will always get that natural lighting and breezes of the tropics.

Ocean Park is known as a very laid back and relaxed residential neighborhood. It is between Condado and Isla Verde, two upscale turistic areas, but it's kept its local "vibe" with many local restaurants and family owned businesses. You'll have McLeary Avenue on one side of the house & Loiza Street on the other side. The Beach is right down the street from La Esmeralda, with a jogging park and basketball court right next-door.You will be staying right in-between McLeary Avenue & Loiza Street. Both very well known streets in our little neighborhood. McLeary Avenue is very well known for its local restaurants and guesthouses in the area. Towards one side of McLeary will take you straight into Isla Verde/Piñones Beach and the other side will take you towards Condado/Old San Juan, both of these are a straight drive once you are on McLeary Avenue. On the other side you have Loiza Street, a up-and-coming extension of the Art District and PR's Local Movement. Here you will find over 50+ restaurants, bars, souvenirs shops, pharmacies and many more that are all family run and as local as you can get. If you rent a car let us know we do have parking available but besides this Ubers & Taxis
