Brian made the move from Atlanta to Puerto Rico in 2015 — drawn by the island lifestyle, the warmth of the people, and a place that instantly felt like home. Denisse was born and raised here and brings a deep love for Puerto Rico's rich culture, stunning landscapes, and vibrant energy that she's always happy to share with guests. We come from a large family, and that's exactly how we approach hosting. Every property was designed and renovated with one simple question in mind — would we be comfortable and happy bringing our own family here? If the answer wasn't yes, we kept working until it was. We know that every traveler is different. Some guests arrive ready to explore independently and just need the keys. Others are stepping onto a Caribbean island for the first time and need a little more guidance and reassurance. We respond quickly to both — because every guest deserves to feel heard, safe, and genuinely taken care of no matter how they travel. A 4-minute walk via pedestrian overpass connects you to everything on the Isla Verde strip. Just 5 minutes from the airport. We accommodate groups of any size. Our portfolio includes two 1-bedroom apartments sleeping up to 4, and two 2-bedroom apartments that can be rented separately or combined into a single 4-bedroom/5-bathroom house sleeping up to 12. Every unit has been fully and recently renovated, brand new throughout, and is highly rated across all listings. Every unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, toiletries, coffee maker, WiFi, and Roku TV. Free private gated parking is available. Unlike hotels, you get the privacy, space, and full kitchen of your own apartment — for families, couples, and large groups alike — at a fraction of the price of comparable hotel rooms on the same beach. We are a family operation. We respond faster than any hotel front desk — day or night — because we genuinely care that every guest feels safe, comfortable, and taken care of from the moment they book until the moment they leave. A full backup generator ensures uninterrupted power across all properties, something most hotels on the island cannot guarantee. We sit directly across the main road from one of the Caribbean's most beautiful beaches, reachable in just 4 minutes via a pedestrian overpass. The Isla Verde strip is one of San Juan's most vibrant corridors — lined with acclaimed restaurants, lively beach bars, luxury hotels, convenience stores, pharmacies, and grocery stores, all within easy walking distance. Popular nearby dining includes some of the best seafood, Puerto Rican cuisine, and international restaurants on the island. Beyond the beach, guests are perfectly positioned for day trips throughout San Juan and beyond. Old San Juan, with its colorful colonial architecture and historic forts, is just 15 minutes away. The buzzing nightlife and upscale dining of Condado is 10 minutes away. La Placita, Piñones, and the El Yunque rainforest are all easy excursions from our location.
