Property info

Located in the heart of San Juan. Close to everything you to want to experience. 12 minute walk from Old San Juan, Escambron beach and much more. Easy access (traffic wise) for guests with free parking, restaurants, convenience store and breakfast restaurants on the same block.

Neighborhood info

Located in Puerta de Tierra, San Juan's new hippest part of town. We have remodeled numerous buildings including hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, apartments and bakeries within the block to make your experience one to rememeber. Puerta de Tierra is a wonderful neighborhood. Everyone who worked in Old San Juan (back in the day) used to live in Puerta de Tierra. Lively streets and great, new commercial activity make this place amazing.
