This relaxed coastal retreat is located in a private condominium complex featuring the largest pool in the area and direct gated access to a scenic walking trail along the ocean. Sleeps 4 | 1 Bedroom | 2 Queen Beds | 2 Full Bathrooms Layout: Entry opens into the living room, followed by a fully equipped kitchen Two full bathrooms Bathroom 1: walk-in shower Bathroom 2: walk-in shower The bathtub is decorative and not intended for use. The walk-in showers in both bathrooms are fully functional and designed for daily use. Guest Access: Guests have exclusive access to Unit A. The property has a shared main entrance. Once inside, the unit is fully private. Unit B is a separate, independent studio and may be occupied during your stay. No interior spaces are shared. Please note: the property is not childproofed. Parents are responsible for supervising children at all times. The pool is being managed according to the condominium rules. Hours 9 am-10 pm. Please respect these at all times. Pool temperature is weather-dependent and not heated. As part of this, please note if the pool is closed for maintenance, this will be communicated for awareness. Housekeeping: Due to local wastewater infrastructure, our toilets can’t handle paper so please, don’t dispose of paper or any disposable items in these. Wet floors: we recommend wiping down any wet surfaces on the floor immediately, since it may become slippery when wet. We provide a mop for your convenience.
