Alma da Areia is a two-bedroom townhouse integrated into the Alma Nossa project, designed to provide peaceful and comfortable stays in Montijo. Inspired by the lightness of the region’s beaches, it features neutral tones, natural textures and a balanced décor that conveys serenity from the very first moment. With a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning (hot and cold), cozy bedrooms and private outdoor areas, it offers the ideal balance between functionality and well-being. A place where the pace slows down and time takes on a different meaning.
Alma Nossa is a local accommodation project composed of three adjoining houses, carefully restored and renovated with respect for their original architecture. Each house has been thoughtfully designed with intention, balance and functionality. We believe in simple and authentic hospitality — available when needed, while always respecting each guest’s privacy and pace. More than providing a place to sleep, we create environments where comfort, tranquility and freedom can truly be felt. Alma Nossa is a place to simply be.
Alma de Areia is located in Montijo, on the south bank of the Tagus River, approximately 20 minutes from Lisbon, with easy access to the beaches of Costa da Caparica and the Serra da Arrábida. Set in a quiet residential area, it benefits from proximity to cafés, small grocery stores and essential services. Supermarkets, restaurants and shopping areas are just a short drive away. A strategic location that combines serenity with proximity to the capital and the region’s main attractions.
