This is a fine apartment in an excellent location just steps away from a very large beach with soft sands and dunes that stretch as far as the eye can see. The Ria (lagoon) is just 500 meters away in the opposite direction of the ocean beach and is another great attraction for those who prefer calmer waters speckled with small fishing boats and marine wildlife, such as the popular flamingos. Also enjoy the famous "Moliceiros" with their bright colours and majestic sails. The apartment is close to the pedestrian area and you can walk to restaurants, cafés, bares and shops. Cycling is recommended and bikes are easy to rent. You can easily visit cities nearby such as Porto and Aveiro.
I enjoy travelling and discovering new places and people. Although I have lived abroad and travelled to far away places, I have ultimately chosen to reside in my hometown which has unique characteristics in terms of location and nature. It is a pleasure to promote it to all that come to visit and I try my best to offer a good experience.
Torreira is known for its natural beauty, located between a large sandy shore and a salt water lagoon. It pleases those looking for the waves and the surf as well as those looking for the calm atmosphere of a fishing village. Torreira is close to the Natural Dune Reserve (Sao Jacinto) and is near the cities of Ovar and Aveiro. It is less than an hour away from Porto in the north and Coimbra to the south.
