Located just a 50-minute drive from Lisbon and a few minutes drive to three beautiful beaches (5 min. drive or a nice 12 min. walk to Praia da Areia Branca and Areal Sul; 8-min. drive to Praia Peralta) and the centre of Louriñha, you will have a variety of things to do and places to see within just a few minutes. Enjoy the front yard and the garden in the back. Please note that while each unit has a separate entrance, the outside areas are shared with the other units. Parking is down the driveway in front of the garage or on the street.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood in Seixal, about 1km from the ocean. It is about 50 min. drive North of Lisbon Airport, 3 km from the town of Louriñha, 1.2 km from the beautiful beach of Areia Branka. There is a local grocery store just a block away that has freshly baked bread daily and all of the essentials, and bigger supermarkets like Lidl, Pingo Doce, Intermarche, just a 5 min drive in Lourińha. Located in a quiet residential area, the property is just a short drive away to several other beautiful beaches, including Peralta Beach and Areal Beach, where you can sunbathe, swim, surf, wingfoil, kitesurf, or just enjoy a beverage or grab a bite at one of the restaurants and cafes long the beach. There are plenty of amenities, including restaurants, bars, and shops, making it a convenient spot for a day trip. In the summer months, there are often live music performances and other events happening on the beach, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
