The brand new Apartment Nata is located in Caniço, in a private condominium called Paradisus Residence. It has a beautiful garden, an outdoor swimming pool that is open all seasons and a direct access into the garage on the ground floor. The apartment is located on the 6th floor. The entrance has two glass elevators that when using them you can enjoy the amazing view of the ocean and mountains. The apartment has a lovely relaxed and comfortable décor. It has 3 bedrooms. Two of which are queen size beds and one has two single beds with mattresses, bed linen, blankets, pillows and towels. It has two bathrooms, one full and one with a shower, both have a bidet. All bedrooms share a large terrace balcony and while the living room has it´s own separate balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and modern with all necessary kitchenware: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer. In the laundry room it has a washing machine, wall-mounted clothes dryers and portable dryer, iron, ironing board and a hair dryer. On the terrace there are two loungers, a comfortable rocking chair, a small coffee table with two chairs. Apartment Nata provides internet, wifi, cable and smart TV. The apartment is located in Santa Cruz and it is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa). This is 2.00EUR per day, per person, up to 7 days for people over 18 years old.
