The apartment has an open space kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, the masterbedroom being a suite, and a balcony all around the house with sea views. In addition to being a modern apartment with all the necessary facilities, the strong point of this house is the shared swimming pool on the building's terrace, offering a panoramic view over Consolação and Peniche. Please note that there may be some noise from construction work near this property.
