Four floor´s art house, with two bedrooms, a residential living room, airy veranda and a top floor´s art studio. A unique opportunity to become a citizen of the historical and artistic center of the town. Ideal for companies from 2 to 6 people. The spacious multi-level apartments are situated in the heart of Funchal in two steps from the Cathedral and 3 minutes from the ocean. Professionally decorated in the tradition of Portuguese-style notes and amenities of a modern home, apartment will feel like in the heart of the art life of the capital. The apartments are part of the art gallery Funchalet, which is located in the same building. In a small species attic of the house is a workshop of the artist, where guests can enjoy the creative old Funchal and even draw. It offers suite bedroom with a large veranda and a bathroom, a room for two people with private bathroom, living room studio with a kitchenette, dining area and a comfortable sofa. Workshop-lounge area with a balcony and a view of the historic area of Funchal. All the floors are separated by a spiral staircase, which could possibly create difficulties

Located on a small pedestrian street Queimada da Cima, which is one of the most important streets of Funchal. However, after 6 pm active urban life moved to other areas, and in this cozy house is quiet.
