Upon entering the property, you will find yourself in the living room, which is open to the kitchen. To the right, you will find the bedrooms and the bathroom is located at the back of the house. The property has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm each). The double bedroom has a wardrobe for better storage and organization. The single bedroom has a cart that also allows for organizing clothes. Both bedrooms have windows and are facing the front of the house. Next to the kitchen, there is a small storage room where you can find the washing machine and the water heater. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee maker. There is a small balcony with access from the kitchen, featuring a table and two chairs. The living room features a modern and light decor, with a sofa, TV, and a separate area with a table and chairs. This space not only allows for meals but also provides a quiet area for work.
