PAYMENT POLICY 15% guarantee deposit of the total amount of the stay. CANCELLATION POLICY - Up to 120 days before the arrival date, 100% of the rooms' reservation may be canceled without penalties, excluding the nonrefundable guarantee deposit - Up to 90 days before the arrival date, 50% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged - Up to 60 days before the arrival date, 30% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged - Up to 30 days before the arrival date, 20% of the rooms' reservations may be canceled without penalties. For all other rooms canceled above this percentage, there will be a one-night cancelation fee charged - Up to 15 days before the arrival date, 10% of the rooms' reservation may be canceled without penalties.
