Property info

Beautiful and luxurious house with minimalist decor, located near the Natural Park of Arrábida (Blue Coast). This space is located in Azeitão, a pretty little town situated on the old Setúbal-Lisbon road at the foot of the Arrábida mountains just 25 km from Lisbon, 15 km from Setúbal and 12 km to Sesimbra. The house have luxury furniture, 4 suites , 1 double bedroom, 1 office, a large living room and kitchen and 4 toillets. Outside you have with have many fruit trees and the pool with sun loungers to relax, one barbecue and outdoor table with chairs for your meals. Safe and quiet surroundings and close to super-markets, cafes, restaurants, hospital and pharmacy. Azeitão is part of Natural Park of Arrábida, and just a 15 Km from the house you can find the "Galapinhos" Beach (Best Beach in Europe 2017) and "Portinho da Arrábida” Beach. Here you can make a tour and see dolphins. Its crystalline turquoise waters and a batch of sleepy waterside shanty restaurants will be amaze you! Just a few minutes from the house you can find "Quinta do Peru Golf & Country Club – Orizon Lisbon Golf".

It´s important to have a car to enjoy all the region, but you have a train station to the heart Lisbon just a 5 km from the house. Azeitão is part Portugal wines route, with many historical farmhouses, so here you can find delightful wine and food and visit vineyard production. And don´t forget to taste our famouses "Tortas de Azeitão" (Cake) and taste our delightful cheese (Queijo de Azeitão). Just 1 minute walking from the house, you can taste snails in “Casa dos Caracóis” restaurant, one of favorite snacks of Portuguese. It´s important to have a car to enjoy all the region, but you have a train station to the heart Lisbon just a 5 km from the house. It will be a pleasure receive you in our house.
